On December 27, 2018, at the municipality building in the Kamenjane settlement, was held the 12th session of the council of the Municipality of Bogovinje, during which the budget for 2019 was approved with 16 PRO votes and 1 CONTESTED.
The Municipality of Bogovinje took measures to clear the road from the snow, aiming for safety during the movement of citizens in traffic.
Mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Albon Xhemaili had a a meeting with the citizens, during which he presented the one-year working report since the beginning of his mandate. From this report the citizens were informed about all the improvements of the road infrastructure, the interventions in the school facilities and the sports grounds of the settlements, the opening of the streets, the horizontal signaling of the streets and putting signs at the entrance and exit of each settlement, as well as citizens were also announced for the repayment of a large part of the municipal debts from previous years.
The 2019 budget proposal was presented by Besir Miftari, a precise presentation regarding the expectations of the Municipality of Bogovinje from this budget proposal, which includes some of the most important points: repayment of short-term debt, improvement of the conditions of administrative facilities, enterprise aid “Sharri” for financial stability, regulation of drinking water systems, construction of Çiflik – Kallnik road, reconstruction of other local roads and drafting of technical documentation.
Finally, citizens put forward some assumptions regarding the 2019 budget, which the mayor appreciated and said he would realize at the first opportunity to be given and thanked all the participants for their presence.
The project “Culture of the Other” is realized by C.H.A. “The Truth” – Bogovinje, supported by the Ministry of Culture within the contest “Young Europeans”.
Today, this project was realized in the school of Pirok and Zherovjan, while in the following days will be realized also in other schools of the Municipality of Bogovinje.
The “Culture of the Other” project aims at informing students about: the tradition, the religion, and the culture of peoples in general.
We thank the Ministry of Culture and minister Mr. Asaf Ademi for the given support, school directorates and lecturers for their engagement, without which this project would not be realized.
In the Kallnik settlement was made the inauguration of the school stadium, a promise given earlier, but realized by Mr. Albon Xhemaili.
This project is financed from the budget of the Municipality of Bogovinje and has a value of MKD 1.4 million. Other projects will be implemented, including central heating in the school.
The mayor staid that next year, at the beginning of the school year, there will be an increase in the number of pupils, and in this school will come students from the Çiflik settlement. During 2019, the road of these two settlements will be linked by asphalt road.
In the end, the mayor wished the students to use the sport field in the best possible way, which will also serve to all sport fans for various sports activities.
On the occasion of the closing of the 2018 season, the football club “Drita” organized a manifestation in which was invited the mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Albon Xhemaili.
