The solemn opening of the sports hall in Kamenjane

The mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Mr. Albon Xhemaili today made the solemn opening of the sports school hall in Kamenjane, where was also invited the minister of Education and Science, Mr. Arbër Ademi.
The Municipality of Bogovinje is constantly trying to create better conditions for students in order to increase the quality of education and the motivation of teachers. By building a sports hall, students will have the opportunity to practice their favorite sports in good conditions. This year, funds for purchasing technical equipment have been allocated, which are needed to facilitate and improve the educational process. Except the Kamenjane hall, are also foreseen the construction of sports halls in Bogovinje, Pirok and Pallçisht.
In the end, the mayor thanked the minister Mr. Arbër Ademi and all who contributed to the realization of this project.

The construction of the sports hall in Kamenjane is finished

On January 28, 2019, the keys of the school hall “Sabedin Bajrami” – Kamenjane were given by the representative of the Ministry of Education and Science in the presence of the mayor and the director of M.P.S. “Sabedin Bajrami” – Kamenjane.
We also inform you that the solemn opening of the hall will be on 30.01.2019 and for more detailed information we will let you know the following days.
The mayor thanked the Ministry’s representative for this investment, hoping to start working as soon as possible in the construction of other halls in the other villages of our municipality.

The MPSE “Sharri” cleans the primary school yards of the Municipality of Bogovinje

The MPSE team “Sharri” continues intensive work by cleaning from the snow the yards of all primary schools in the Municipality of Bogovinje in order to create conditions for starting the second part of the school year.

Thankful to the Association of Hunters “Sharr’s Eagle”

I take this opportunity to thank the Association of Hunters “Sharr’s Eagle” for the action they have undertaken on these cold winter days. The purpose of the action was to care for wild animals, namely the transfer of food to them in the mountainous areas of the Municipality of Bogovinje.

The municipality cleans the streets of the villages by the snow

Because of the heavy snowfall, the MPSE team – “Sharri” does its utmost to clean the streets by the snow.
We call the citizens to show maximum care during the traffic and be patient because all the villages including the mountain villages will be cleaned, so the team will work 24 hours without stopping.
We also advise the citizens of the Municipality of Bogovinje because of the difficult situation to not go out with cars without the need and park them in the centres, because the cleaning vehicles can not move and clean the streets properly.

The mountain houses of the Municipality of Bogovinje

Mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Albon Xhemaili completed the project of two mountain houses in the Municipality of Bogovinje, the purpose of which is to present our place as a sustainable and safe tourist destination, which will include the hospitality of tourists as well as locals during their stay.
The final preparations for the start of the winter skiing season at the new location for this type of sport in the Municipality of Bogovinje were also completed.
The opening of the winter season officially takes place on January 5, 2019!
