Enterprise “Sharri”

The public enterprise Sharri was established by a decision of the Municipal Council, among which the Enterprise is registered in the central register, possesses bank accounts, stamps and permanent Statute of the Law on Public Enterprises, the Enterprise also has its own organs. The bodies of the enterprise are:

– Steering Council

– Supervisory Council, and

-Director

MPSE Sharri has been operating since 1999/2000, with the new Law on Local Self-Government Decentralization of Power since 2005, the merger of two Municipalities and the merger of two public enterprises, from the merger of MPSE Shari its activity, is divided into nine (9) settlements from the total of fifteen (15) settlements of the Municipality of Bogovinje.

As the main activity of MPSE Sharri, it is waste transportation.

MPSE “SHARRI” carries waste disposal once a week for households and for business activities twice a week. Waste transport is carried by means of transport, ie truck, while the garbage is transported to landfill.

As the second activity of MPSE Sharri is the management of drinking water in the settlements of the Municipality of Bogovinje, MPSE Sharri cares for the maintenance of water systems, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of water systems, the construction of manholes in water systems, maintenance and cleaning of water tanks, chlorination and disinfection of drinking water, continuation of installation of water meters for all households and business facilities in the territory of the Municipality of Bogovinje.

In total municipal services from MPSE Sharri receive 5758 households and 500 businessmen.

The fee for using the services of the enterprise is:

• Household – 200 denars per month for the waste,
• Exiles – 100 denars per month,
• Businessman from 300 to 3.000 denars per month, depending from the type of the activity.

Water charges are:

• Household 5 den m3 water
• Businessman 10 den m3 water
• Carwashes 20 den m3 water
• Request for water connection 500 den
• Water connection 12,000 den

This decision on bringing these prices was brought by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Bogovinje, at the request of the Director and the Managing Council of the Enterprise.

The enterprise counts 24 (twenty-four) employees, in the following positions:

• Director of the Enterprise;
• Administrators ( three executives);
• Treasurer ( five executives);
• Physical workers ( four executives);
• Public Cleanser ( two executives);
• Conveyor drivers (two executives);
• Water system maintenance ( six executives )
• Municipal Guardian ( one executive )

Of the total number of employees in the enterprise, some of them are by decision, respectively indefinitely, and some with contracts in the work, respectively with fixed time in working relation.
