Today, in the elementary school “Abdyl Frasheri” – Bogovinje was celebrated the day of the school, in which the students were organized in different types of interpretations: recitals, drama, different dancing and exhibition prepared by them.
In the event was also invited the mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Mr. Albon Xhemaili, who took the greeting speech. He thanked for the invitation and wished all the teachers and students more success in the future.
The mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Albon Xhemaili met today with representatives of UNDP and the representative of the Swiss Embassy about the project for the resistant network in the Polog region. This project is financially supported by the Swiss Embassy and it includes all the municipalities of Polog.
At the meeting they discussed about the spots that endanger the territory of the Municipality of Bogovinje, such as: the floods, the river of Bogovinje, Kamenjane, Pallçishte, the land movements and other problems that occur from elementary occurrences.
After the meeting, they visited the most endangered spots in the river of Bogovinje, in the Bogovinje neighborhood leading to the local road to Novosello and the neighborhood over elementary school in the settlement of Pirok.
The Municipality of Bogovinje is one of the rural municipalities in the Republic of North Macedonia that applied to the Ministry of Finance for the photovoltaic system, a project funded by the European Union.
Through this project, the municipality gained the opportunity to install the photovoltaic system in three facilities: the sports hall in the settlement of Kamenjane, the municipal facility in Bogovinje and the municipal facility in Kamenjane. This system will halve the value paid for electricity by the abovementioned facilities.
The Municipality of Bogovinje is committed in maximum for the energy efficiency and ensures that this project will continue to be implemented in other public facilities belonging to the municipality.
On the occasion of the 7th of March, the Municipality of Bogovinje organized a manifestation during which the mayor Albon Xhemaili welcomed all the participants, congratulated all the teachers for the Teachers Day and thanked them for participating in this event.
Also, gratitude was given by the mayor for the students who participated in the municipal competition in the “Best Essay” in literature, for the teachers who worked continuously with these students and for the education veterans.

Today on 28.02.2019, based on the education program approved by the council of the municipality, in M.P.S. “Dervish Cara” – Lower Palcishte were realized municipal competitions “Best essay”. We thank the teachers and the students who made possible the realization of these competitions and we wish them success.
Yesterday, the mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje Albon Xhemaili along with some residents of the Novosello settlement went to the mountain houses of the Municipality of Bogovinje, in order to visit the group of tourists who are currently there.
The mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Mr. Albon Xhemaili today made the solemn opening of the sports school hall in Kamenjane, where was also invited the minister of Education and Science, Mr. Arbër Ademi.
The Municipality of Bogovinje is constantly trying to create better conditions for students in order to increase the quality of education and the motivation of teachers. By building a sports hall, students will have the opportunity to practice their favorite sports in good conditions. This year, funds for purchasing technical equipment have been allocated, which are needed to facilitate and improve the educational process. Except the Kamenjane hall, are also foreseen the construction of sports halls in Bogovinje, Pirok and Pallçisht.
In the end, the mayor thanked the minister Mr. Arbër Ademi and all who contributed to the realization of this project.
On January 28, 2019, the keys of the school hall “Sabedin Bajrami” – Kamenjane were given by the representative of the Ministry of Education and Science in the presence of the mayor and the director of M.P.S. “Sabedin Bajrami” – Kamenjane.

The mayor thanked the Ministry’s representative for this investment, hoping to start working as soon as possible in the construction of other halls in the other villages of our municipality.
The MPSE team “Sharri” continues intensive work by cleaning from the snow the yards of all primary schools in the Municipality of Bogovinje in order to create conditions for starting the second part of the school year.
